At Tokyo Medical Center, we strive to provide medical care that embraces the bond between humans, animals, and nature, under the motto “Human-Animal-Nature Bond.” We offer general and preventive healthcare, as well as operate as a 24/7 emergency center.

Dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets

For other exotic animals, please contact us by phone for consultation.

General Care

We provide comprehensive medical care for various symptoms and illnesses. Regardless of the consultation, we ensure a thorough assessment of overall health and provide advice for a long and healthy life.

Preventive Care

Just like human medicine, prevention is the best treatment in animal care. No matter how advanced medical technology becomes in the future, there is no treatment better than prevention. Since animals age four times faster than humans and cannot communicate their discomfort, regular health check-ups are even more important for them than for people.

Blood Transfusion Services

Blood transfusions may be necessary during illness or surgery. In consideration of animal welfare, we do not maintain donor animals at our facility; instead, we operate a blood bank system supported by the goodwill of our healthy patients.

Quarantine Services

For international travel with animals, quarantine inspections are mandatory. We assist with required tests, treatments, and issuance of certificates at the quarantine station. Please feel free to consult with us.

Second Opinion

A second opinion involves seeking advice or recommendations from other veterinarians or hospitals regarding diagnosis or treatment. It’s an opportunity to gain additional information and options for your pet’s condition and treatment plan, ensuring peace of mind in making the best decisions.

Pet Insurance

If you have pet insurance, please bring your insurance card. We accept direct payment from Anicom and iPet only. For other insurance companies, please pay the full amount at the time of service and file a claim with your insurance company later.

English Support

We welcome many international clients. We have veterinarians and animal care nurses who can assist in English. Please inform us of your need for English support when making an appointment.
