Facility Introduction

We have introduced an electronic medical record (EMR) system and an automatic dispensing system. Patient data is shared with Yoyogi Hospital, enabling emergency care at Tokyo Medical Center for Yoyogi Hospital patients.

You can relax and wait comfortably between consultations. Various events such as Puppy Class and Senior Class are also held.

There are a total of seven consultation rooms, divided into Cat & Exotic Animal Wing (3 rooms) and Dog Wing (4 rooms). We explain diagnostic imaging data such as X-rays and CT scans to pet owners using monitors.

In a spacious area, treatments can be performed as needed, including oxygen administration. We also have electrically adjustable examination tables to minimize discomfort for large dogs.

We have a dedicated ICU for severely ill patients requiring 24-hour emergency care and monitoring. The ICU unit includes an oxygen supply system and an air conditioning system to provide comfortable treatment environments for animals needing oxygen therapy.

Animals with unstable conditions receive treatment in cages adjacent to the treatment room. Constant monitoring by veterinarians and nurses enables intensive monitoring. Patients with stable conditions or those stressed by human contact are treated in adjacent glass-walled hospitalization rooms.

A high-resolution digital X-ray fluoroscopy device is installed in the operating room. It is used for fluoroscopic imaging during surgery, swallowing function tests, and investigating the causes of coughs.

This equipment ensures the safe and accurate preparation of anticancer drugs, hormone drugs, and culture tests.

This machine rapidly rotates donated blood to separate blood components using centrifugal force. It maintains a constant temperature around 4°C to prevent deterioration of blood components, storing separated blood as concentrated red blood cells or fresh-frozen plasma for treating critically ill patients.

Equipped with an X-ray device featuring Auto Bright Control (ABC) function for optimal adjustment of subject density during fluoroscopy. The console of the development device adopts a high-speed transfer function DR model, enabling immediate viewing by pet owners on monitors in each consultation room.

We have introduced state-of-the-art ultrasound color Doppler examination equipment with a high frame rate suitable for cardiovascular examinations. Equipped with five examination probes: two convex, two sector, and one linear, allowing ultrasound examinations of animals of all sizes.

We have introduced a 5th generation 16-slice multidetector helical CT device, the first of its kind introduced in Japan. It is capable of minimum 0.625 mm slice imaging and includes remote respiration control devices and automatic contrast injectors. Pet owners can view CT data in 3D images.

Special endoscopes that can handle small animal bodies are used. They enable detailed examination even in small digestive tracts and are ideal for health checks. Foreign objects in the stomach can be removed without surgery.

It can enlarge and observe/record the structure inside the ear canal in high definition. It allows for low-invasive procedures such as cleaning the ear canal, removing foreign objects, tympanic membrane puncture, and biopsy/removal of tumors.

The operating room maintains a clean environment through positive pressure management. Equipped with advanced equipment such as high-definition laparoscopic/arthroscopic systems, anesthesia management/monitoring systems, and LED shadowless lamps, ensuring safe and accurate surgeries.

In addition to anesthesia preparation for surgeries, endoscopic examinations and dental treatments are performed here. It also allows for intensive monitoring of emergency resuscitation and critically ill patients requiring mechanical ventilation.

Located by the sunny window side, visible to everyone. Microbubbles, carbonated springs, and shampoo machines are introduced, offering various shampoos, conditioners, medicinal baths, and moisturizing treatments, including organic options.
