Our hospital was among the first in Japan to offer 24/7 emergency and critical care for animals. We provide not only emergency outpatient services and inpatient management but also perform urgent surgeries during the night whenever possible.

Veterinarians and veterinary nurses are on duty around the clock in shifts, enabling us to manage severe cases requiring intensive monitoring and long-term mechanical ventilation. We conduct daily conferences with the entire staff to discuss and share treatment plans, ensuring high-quality team-based medical care.

Moreover, we have achieved the Japan Animal Hospital Association (JAHA) Standard Accreditation and became the first hospital outside North America to receive American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accreditation in July 2022. These certifications reflect our high standards of medical care.

Preventive care is the cornerstone of animal health, just as it is for humans. No matter how advanced medical treatments become, prevention remains the best approach. We emphasize preventive care with personalized health check-up plans, annual dental check-ups, cancer screenings, and vaccine timing based on antibody levels.

Should illness occur, we offer advanced medical treatments including CT scans, gastrointestinal endoscopy, otoscopy, laparoscopy, and blood donation systems. Our facility is equipped to perform necessary tests and treatments immediately, avoiding the need for referral to university hospitals.

We aim to support animals and their families from the moment they join your home until their last moments. We offer classes led by veterinary nurses to support socialization and training (Puppy Classes), individual dental care lessons, and senior care education (Senior Classes) to provide age-appropriate care from early to late life.

We ensure that even elderly animals or those with chronic conditions can safely receive grooming services under the supervision of veterinarians. For pets with skin conditions, we provide effective medicated baths using carbonated water and microbubble baths. Regular grooming helps with early detection of health issues as well as general care.

Our pet hotel service is designed to provide comprehensive care with constant veterinary and nursing supervision. This is ideal for pets with advanced age, chronic conditions, or medication needs, ensuring they are well cared for even when you are away.
