We conduct daily conferences involving all veterinarians and vet technicians to comprehensively understand the conditions and treatment strategies of all hospitalized patients, incorporating diverse perspectives.
Hospitalization
We provide 24-hour tailored management based on patient conditions. For severe cases, we utilize monitoring sheets to closely monitor patients. Additionally, we have cages equipped with oxygen concentration and room temperature control functions as needed. We ensure to promptly inform you in case of significant changes in the patient’s condition, even during nighttime.
Hospital Rooms
Rather than separate ward areas, hospital cages are located within the main treatment rooms where veterinarians and vet technicians conduct outpatient care. This setup allows continuous monitoring and proper management of patients, including fluid therapy and waste disposal, by our entire staff.
Meals
We primarily offer prescribed diets tailored to each patient’s illness under veterinary guidance. If there are specific dietary preferences, please consult our veterinarians or vet technicians. Bringing familiar foods or favorite treats can be beneficial if the patient has a poor appetite.
Visiting Hours
Visits are permitted daily during designated hours from 15:00 to 18:00. Due to scheduling of tests and treatments, please make a reservation via reception or call before visiting. If visiting is difficult based on veterinary advice or personal circumstances, we can share photos or videos of your pet’s stay upon request.

Please sign the hospitalization consent form at reception. Feel free to inquire if you have any questions.
Upon admission, we collect a deposit and settle the bill upon discharge. For stays exceeding several days, we will provide detailed medical invoices every three days for payment. Please note, both admission and discharge dates are considered full days for billing purposes.
