Do I need an appointment to be seen?

What if my pet suddenly becomes ill?

We accept emergency cases 24/7, 365 days a year.
To ensure prompt and appropriate treatment, please contact us by phone before visiting.

*Note: An additional fee may apply for after-hours care. New patients should bring a valid ID with address verification.*

Can I get a second opinion?

Yes, we offer second opinion consultations.
Second opinion consultations are by appointment. Please call us to schedule and bring any test results or medical records with you.

What payment methods are available?

We accept cash as well as the following credit cards and transportation IC cards. Since costs can be high for long-term hospitalizations or surgeries, please check with your credit card provider about the possibility of installment payments and any payment limits before making your payment.

If you have any questions about the amount or need an estimate, please feel free to consult with our staff at any time.

Is parking available?

We have a multi-story parking lot with 2 spaces (Dimensions: 1.85m width × 5.0m length × 1.55m height). Additionally, there are time-limited parking zones along Gaien Nishidori (Platinum Street) and several coin-operated parking options nearby for long-term parking.

What is the nearest station?

The nearest station is Shirokanedai Station (Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, Toei Mita Line), which is about a 5-minute walk from our location. Alternatively, Meguro Station (JR Yamanote Line, Tokyu Meguro Line, Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, Toei Mita Line) is approximately a 15-minute walk away.

Can I use pet insurance?

We can process claims at the reception desk only for Anicom and iPet insurance. If you wish to settle your payment at the counter, please make sure to bring your insurance card. For other insurance providers, we can assist with filling out claim forms; however, depending on the details, this may take some additional time. Please hand over the claim forms to the reception or the veterinarian.

Do you treat animals other than dogs and cats?

We primarily treat dogs, cats, rabbits, and ferrets. For other animals, please contact us by phone for consultation.

Is support available in languages other than Japanese?

We have veterinarians and animal care nurses who speak English. Please request English support when making your appointment.

Can I use the facility as a pet hotel?

Yes, we offer pet hotel services. A veterinary examination is required for all pets staying at our hotel to ensure their health. For new patients, an initial examination is required before boarding.
