Grooming is an important part of your pet’s care. The doctor will examine your pet’s physical and skin condition before grooming. If there are no problems, your pet can be groomed without doctor’s examination up to 3 months.
The shampoo fee includes nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expressing, and paw hair trimming.
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation or change to your pet’s grooming appointment must be made at least 3 days prior to the appointment. Failure to do so, or arriving 30 minutes later than your appointment will result in a charge of cancellation fee￥3000 at the time of your next visit. Depending on the reservation status, same-day treatment may also be available, so please confirm by calling us.
Please note that this does not apply to cases where it is difficult to come to the clinic due to warnings of heavy rain or typhoons, or when the veterinarian determines that trimming cannot be performed due to health problems.
Shampoo and Moisturizers
We stock over 10 types of shampoos and moisturizers, using them according to veterinary instructions to address specific conditions such as skin inflammation, infections, dryness, and stickiness. Due to dogs’ skin being thinner and more delicate than that of babies, selecting the appropriate shampoo is crucial to avoid causing damage. It is also vital to thoroughly moisturize the skin after shampooing, as it tends to dry out easily.
Shampoo Machine
We have introduced the Baging Support RUNS shampoo machine. This machine creates uniform foam with a small amount of shampoo, providing high cleansing power while minimizing damage to dogs’ delicate skin, effectively cleaning both fur and skin.
Microbubbles
We utilize microbubble technology, which can wash with micro-sized bubbles (0.02mm in diameter). These bubbles can clean deep within pores, removing sebum, odors, allergens (allergy triggers), and prevent skin diseases. Dogs can enjoy soaking in water comfortably, resulting in clean, fluffy, soft fur.
High-Concentration Carbonic Acid Bath
This bath helps condition the scalp and enhance the luster of the coat. Under veterinary supervision, it improves blood circulation and enhances skin condition.

Grooming for Cats
Long-haired cats may develop tangles and mats due to inadequate self-grooming, which can lead to skin diseases. If concerned, please consult with us.
Lastly
Many dogs groomed at our clinic relax and enjoy their time. Dogs that regularly attend grooming appointments tend to like the clinic environment more than those who only visit for injections or examinations. They become less fearful of coming to the clinic, being on the examination table, and being touched, which helps reduce stress during future visits for medical treatments and examinations.
For dogs and cats that find grooming stressful, we may administer anti-anxiety or sedative medications under veterinary supervision. We prioritize individualized care, so please feel free to consult with us.
