We have veterinarians and vet technicians on duty 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring a comprehensive care system. Even animals with advanced age, chronic conditions, or requiring medication can be entrusted to us with peace of mind.
We are prepared to promptly respond to sudden health issues that may arise during nighttime hours.
Meals
If your pet requires therapeutic diets (such as Hill’s or ROYAL CANIN), you do not need to bring them yourself. We also accommodate general diets, other therapeutic foods, homemade meals, and offer refrigeration and freezing storage. We can adjust feeding schedules for young animals needing frequent feeding, pets requiring assistance with eating, or those with specific feeding times due to medical conditions. Health Management
Prioritizing health, our veterinarians conduct examinations at check-in and check-out, while daily care is provided by vet technicians. We record daily details such as weight, appetite, and excretion, sharing and monitoring the status internally, akin to hospitalized patients. Should there be any changes in health, our veterinarians will provide appropriate treatment. To prevent the spread of infectious diseases within the facility, we primarily use our terrace for walks.
Accommodations
We offer separate rooms for dogs and cats, mindful of factors like other animals’ scents and noises. Cat rooms are equipped with Feliway (a pheromone product for relaxation), while for dogs uncomfortable with cages, we utilize leash hooks for management, aiming to reduce stress. We can also accommodate exotic animals; please inquire by phone.
Items We Can and Cannot Accept
We can store meals and medications, but due to potential soiling, loss, and hygiene reasons, we cannot store dishes, beds, toys, or items like crates and strollers.

During peak periods like year-end and Golden Week, reservations fill quickly, so please contact us early. If your pet has not visited our clinic before, a preliminary consultation is necessary.
